CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR CONTRACTOR: JOHN BARAJAS MASONRY 42-901 LIMA HALL ROAD BERMUDA DUNES, CA 92203 DATE: JANUARY 13, 2005 CONTENTS: NOTICE OF COMPLETION Recommendation: By Minute Motion, that the Agency Board authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project. Executive Summary: Approval of the staff recommendation will enable closeout of the subject project. Discussion: On June 24, 2004, the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency, by minute motion, awarded Contract No. R21760 to John Barajas Masonry for construction of a retaining/garden perimeter block wall. John Barajas has successfully completed the contract work. Staff has inspected the project and has found the work to be complete and in compliance with the contract documents and specifications. Staff recommends that the Palm Desert Redevelopment Agency, by minute motion, authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project. Submitted by: Bry e n W te, Sr. Const.
