Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize: 1) Staff to solicit proposals for professional engineering services for design of the Alessandro Alley Project (Contract No. R24310); 2) award of agreement in the amount of $14,800, plus reimbursable expenses not to exceed $3,000 in the aggregate, to MuniFinancial, Temecula, California, for professional services related to formation of the subject Property and Business Improvement District for maintenance of the Alessandro Alley Improvements (Contract No. R24320); 3) Director of Finance to set aside an additional $1,480 as a 10% contingency for the contract (use of contingency requires additional action); 4) authorize the Chairman to execute contract with MuniFinancial -- funds are available in Account No. 850-4195-466-3092.
