AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO KUNIKLO CORPORATION Recommendation: By Minute Motion, that the Agency Board: 1. Ratify the termination of Contract No. R-22720 with V2C Group, Inc., for construction management services for the Palm Village Apartments project; and 2. Ratify the Agreement for Professional Services dated March 24, 2006 to Kuniklo Corporation in an amount not -to -exceed $24,900 for certified payroll processing for the Palm Village Apartments project. Funds are available in Account No. 870-4349-433-4001. Staff Report Ratification of Termination of Contract R-22720 (V2C Group, Inc.) and Ratification of Agreement for Professional Services (Kuniklo Corporation) — Palm Village Apts. Project Page 2 of 2 April 27, 2006 Discussion: On May 13, 2004 the Agency Board authorized the award of Contract No. R-22720 to V2C Group, Inc.,- a professional services agreement for construction management services to assist staff with managing the construction of the Palm Village Apartments. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Agreement was terminated on February 8, 2006. On March 24, 2006, an Agreement for Professional Services was entered into with Kuniklo Corporation in an amount not -to -exceed $24,900. These professional services will assist staff with certified payroll processing and compliance with the requirements of the Davis -Bacon Act for federally funded projects for the Palm Village Apartments.
