Employee
Nominated by Reason for Recognition
Pat Conlon
Councilwoman Jean Benson Pat played a major role in bringing the Animal
Campus to fruition which went far above and
beyond the call of duty. He deserves our
gratitude and recognition for a job very well
done, and a special "bow wow" and "meow"
from all the new residents!
Bernice Gonzales
Councilman Buford Crites Bernice goes above and beyond in representing
the City as its receptionist. She is always
extremely friendly, willing to assist anyone be it
staff, Council, or the public, and goes the extra
mile to assist callers who are looking for
assistance in finding other agencies or
community benefits. Once again this year, she
made the main lobby in the Administrative
Services building festive for the holiday season.
Janet Moore and
Sheila R. Gilligan On Sunday, December 4, the city experienced
Joe Pudis
a very significant event when some of its units
at One Quail Place were either destroyed or
severely damaged by a fire. Janet and Joe
immediately stepped to the forefront in
responding to this situation.
Janet spent the day working with RPM in
making sure the affected residents were tended
to and temporary housing provided.
Joe came in from a three-week vacation to
inspect the units to determine potential entry and
make a preliminary estimate of damage.
Janet and Joe are to be commended for their
commitment to the City and the high level of
service they provided.
Aaron Zamarripa Mark Greenwood On December 13, 2005, resident Rosemary
Capizzi, Highway 74/Grapevine, called Public
Works to compliment Aaron on being
conscientious in fixing signs on the corner in
front of her home. Aaron is to be commended
for his efforts in improving the City's image
while providing outstanding service to its
residents.
