Recommendation:
By Minute Motion, that the Agency Board approve the Grant of
Easement portion of APN 624-440-038 to the City of Palm Desert for
the purpose of an emergency access to the Hovely Garden
Apartments.
Discussion:
The Agency staff recommends approval of the Grant of Easement over a portion
of APN 624-440-038, for the purpose of an emergency access over certain
property described in Exhibit "A" of the attached Grant of Easement. This
provides emergency access from the Falcon Crest development to the Hovely
Garden Apartments.
