Discussion: This Grant of Easement is necessary for the installation of the underground supply system and above ground equipment to provide electrical service to the Palm Village Apartments at 73-650 Santa Rosa Way. Therefore, staff recommends that the Agency Board ratify the execution by the Chairman of Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison for facility service installations at the Palm Village Apartments.
