C. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL of Amendment No. 9 to Contract
No. R23390 -- Development and Construction of Affordable Single-family
and Senior Housing Projects Known as Falcon Crest and La Rocca Villas.
Rec: By Minute Motion, approve Amendment No. 9 in the amount of
$30,438.50 to the subject contract with ComDyn PD, LLC, Santa
Monica, California, for implementation of Energy Star Certification
at the Falcon Crest single-family housing development -- funds are
available in Account No. 870-4698-466-4001.
D. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL of Amendment No. 1 to Contract
No. R24780 -- Construction Management Services for the Henderson
Community Building at Entrada del Paseo.
Rec: By Minute Motion: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 in the amount of
$49,350 to the subject contract with Douglas E. Barnhart, Inc.,
Palm Desert, California, for continued construction management
services for the subject project; 2) authorize the Director of Finance
to transfer $19,694 from the contingency balance to the base
contract -- funding for the $29,656 Contract Amendment balance is
available in the Capital Budget for FY 2006/07 for the Entrada del
Paseo Project, Account No. 850-4358-433-4001.

E. REQUEST FOR ACCEPTANCE OF WORK for Contract No. R23070 --
Construction of the Catalina/Pueblos Community Room (Commercial
Diversified, Inc., Twentynine Palms, CA).
Rec: By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the
City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
F. REQUEST FOR ACCEPTANCE OF WORK for Contract No. HA25090 --
Design and Construction of Carports with Photovoltaic Solar Arrays
Located at the Palm Village Apartments (Sunwize Technologies, Kingston,
NY) (Joint Consideration with the Palm Desert Housing Authority).
Rec: By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the
City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project.
G. REQUEST FOR ACCEPTANCE OF WORK for Contract No. HA25100A --
Construction of Monument Signage Located at the Housing Authority

NO. R23390 -- DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF
AFFORDABLE SINGLE-FAMILY AND SENIOR HOUSING PROJECTS
KNOWN AS FALCON CREST AND LA ROCCA VILLAS.
Rec: By Minute Motion, approve Amendment No. 10 in the cumulative
amount of $369,791.47 to the subject contract with ComDyn PD,
LLC, Santa Monica, California, for changing the scope of the
agreement for development of both Falcon Crest and La Rocca
Villas -- funds are available in the Low/Mod Housing Set-aside
Fund, Account No. 870-4698-466-4001.
