Recommendation:
By Minute Motion, that the Agency Board authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of
Completion for Contract No. R-23070 (Commercial Diversified, Inc.) for
construction of the Catalina/Pueblos Community Room.
Discussion:
At its regularly scheduled meeting of January 27, 2005, the Palm Desert Redevelopment
Agency awarded a contract and authorized the Chairman to execute same with Commercial
Diversified, Inc. for construction of the Catalina/Pueblos Community Room. The project has
received Final Inspection approval and is substantially complete.
Therefore, staff recommends that the Agency Board authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of
Completion for the subject contract.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
1. That the interest or estate stated in paragraph 3 herein in the real property herein described is SOLELY
OWNED by the PALM DESERT REDEVELOPMENT, A PUBLIC BODY, CORPORATE AND POLITIC, a
political subdivision of the State of California, and whose address is 73-510 FRED WARING DRIVE, PALM
DESERT, CALIFORNIA.
2. That the full name and address of the owner of said interest or estate is set forth in the preceding
paragraph.
3. That the nature of the title of the stated owner, as set forth in paragraph 1, is in fee.
4. That on the 111" day of June 2007 a work of improvement described as Construction of the
Catalina/Pueblos Community Room - Contract No. R23070 on the real property herein described was
completed.
5. That the name of the original contractor, if any, for said work of improvement was: COMMERCIAL
DIVERSIFIED, INC., 72-033 Twentynine Palms Highway, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277
6. That the real property herein referred to is situated in the City of Palm Desert, County of Riverside, State of
California, and is described as Catalina/Pueblos Community Room, 73-600 Catalina Way, Palm Desert,
CA 92260.
