Approve the Grant of Easement and Bill of Sale to Verizon California, Inc., for telephone property facility service installation at Palm Village Apartments; and 2. Authorize Chairman to execute the above documents. Discussion: This Grant of Easement and Bill of Sale are necessary for the underground supply system and above ground equipment to provide phone service to the Palm Village Apartments at 73-650 Santa Rosa Way. These documents have been reviewed by Page Garner, City Surveyor, and are acceptable.
