Executive Summarv: Approval of staff recommendation authorizes the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for California Villas Phase A. The project is now completed. Discussion: On March 9, 2006, the Housing Authority awarded Contract No. HA-23650 to Portrait Homes, Inc. for Phase A, Exterior Renovations, at California Villas. Since all work included in Contract HA-23650 has been satisfactorily completed and all final inspections have been conducted by all departments and agencies that have jurisdiction, staff requests that the City Clerk be authorized to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
