CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE AGENCY TREASURY - Warrant Nos. 85RDA, 89RDA, 95RDA, 90-Housing, 96-Housing, 91 HA, and 97HA. Rec: Approve as presented. C. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION to Advertise and Issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design of the Lakeview Terrace and Kitchen Expansion at Desert Willow (Contract No. R29290). Rec: By Minute Motion, authorize staff to advertise and issue an RFP for Design of the Lakeview Terrace and Kitchen Expansion at Desert Willow. D. REQUEST FOR ACCEPTANCE OF WORK for Contract No. R28590 — Desert Willow Mountain View Course Renovation (Earth Sculptures, Indio, CA). Rec: By Minute Motion, accept the work as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project. Upon a motion by Finerty, second by Kelly, and 4-0 vote of the Agency Board, with Ferguson ABSENT, the Consent Calendar was approved as presented. VII. CONSENT ITEMS HELD OVER None VIII.
