Service No. 2) in an Amount Not to Exceed $12,800 to Contract No.
R29410A with Interactive Design Corporation for Professional
Architectural Services - Carlos Ortega Villas Project (Joint Consideration
with the Palm Desert Housing Authority).
Rec: By Minute Motion: 1) Authorize Additional Service No. 2 in an
amount not to exceed $12,800 for the subject Professional
Architectural Services contract with Interactive Design Corporation,
Palm Springs, California; 2) authorize the Director of Finance to
transfer funds from contingency to base in the amount of $12,800
for the contract - funds are available in the Palm Desert Housing
Authority Capital Budget for the Carlos Ortega Villas, Account No.
871-8691-466-4001.
