Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Thursday, March 20, 2025 3:08 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies responded near the area of Leslie Avenue and Rebecca Road in Palm Desert regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 34-year-old male from Palm Desert. A records check revealed the male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:45 AM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to a man-down call for service near the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Warner Trail in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 45- year-old male and a 23-year-old male. The 45-year-old male was found to be in possession of narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia, and the 23-year-old male was found to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Both males were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 12:30 PM – Elder Abuse Arrest – Deputies responded to a report of a subject throwing items at passing vehicles near the area of El Paseo and Painters Path in Palm Desert. During the investigation, it was discovered that the subject had assaulted an elderly victim. The subject, a 47-year-old male from Palm Desert, was contacted. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:54 PM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded near the intersection of Parkview Drive and Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert, regarding a traffic collision. Deputies contacted one of the drivers involved, a 35-year-old male from Palm Desert, who showed obvious signs of being under the influence of alcohol. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Friday, March 21, 2025 7:57 AM – Domestic Violence Arrest – Deputies responded near the 77000 block of Country Club Drive in Palm Desert, regarding a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that the suspect, a 22-year-old male from Palm Desert, assaulted his girlfriend. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 8:45 AM – Theft Arrest – Deputies conducted follow-up regarding a report of theft that occurred near the 75000 block of Avondale Drive in Palm Desert. Video surveillance captured two individuals, a 35-year-old male from Cathedral City and a 30-year-old male from Cathedral City, stealing cash from the victim. Deputies contacted a 28-year-old male from Indio who was found to be in possession of narcotics. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Saturday, March 22, 2025 10:00 AM – Theft Arrest – Deputies conducted a follow-up regarding several thefts that occurred near the 74000 block of Country Club Drive in Palm Desert. Deputies identified an 82- year-old male from Palm Desert as the suspect by utilizing surveillance footage. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 11:18 AM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to a man-down call for service near the 73000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert. A 41-year-old female from Rancho Mirage was located unconscious inside her vehicle. The female was found to be in possession of narcotics paraphernalia. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:55 PM – Domestic Violence Arrest – Deputies responded to a report of a battery near the 73000 block of Gerald Ford Drive in Palm Desert. Investigation determined the suspect, a 29- year-old male from Thousand Palms, assaulted his boyfriend. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Sunday, March 23, 2025 10:40 AM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle check near the intersection of Alessandro Drive and San Luis Rey Avenue in Palm Desert. A 53-year-old female from Palm Desert was contacted. A records check revealed the female had outstanding warrants for her arrest. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:15 PM – Indecent Exposure Arrest – Deputies conducted a follow-up regarding an indecent exposure that occurred near the intersection of Chaparral Drive and Portola Avenue in Palm Desert. The suspect, a 20-year-old male from Coachella, was located. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:28 PM – Theft Arrest – Deputies responded near the 44000 block of Town Center Way in Palm Desert regarding a report of shoplifting. A 37-year-old female from Cathedral City and a 39- year-old male from Riverside were identified as the suspects. Deputies located both suspects at their residence. Both the male and female were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
