Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Thursday, May 01, 2025 11:41 AM – Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to the 38000 block of Dahlia Way in Palm Desert regarding a battery. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 49-year-old-male from Palm Desert and determined he had instigated a physical altercation with another individual at the location The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:00 PM – Narcotic/Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle check at the intersection of Monterey Avenue and Dinah Shore Drive in the city of Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 55-year-old male from Palm Springs. Ann inquiry of the male’s information showed he had multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest. The male was also found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:32 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle stop at the intersection of Washington Street and Country Club Drive in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 53- year-old male from Desert Hot Springs. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 4:53 PM – Assault Arrest- Deputies responded to the intersection of Monterey Avenue and Dinah Shore Drive in Palm Desert reference an assault with a vehicle. Deputies arrive and contacted a 36-year-old male from Indio and determined he had intentionally crashed his vehicle into another occupied vehicle at the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Friday, May 02, 2025 1630 hours – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the area of San Pablo Avenue and Guadalupe Avenue in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 52-year-old male from Palm Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed the male had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies arrived and contacted a 34- year-old male from Indio. Deputies determined the male had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies arrived and contacted a 36-year- old male from Indio. Deputies determined the male had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:57 AM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted an occupied vehicle check on Highway 111 and Parkview Drive in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver, a 37-year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the male was on probation and conducted a search of his person. The search revealed the male had illegal narcotics in his possession. 2:05 PM – Trespassing Arrest – Deputies responded to the 73000 block of El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, regarding a subject trespassing at the location. Deputies contacted a 49-year-old male from Palm Desert who refused to leave the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Monday, May 05, 2025 5:29 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 56-year-old male from Palm Desert and a 36- year-old female from Indio who were observed using illegal narcotics. Both subjects were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Tuesday, May 06, 2025 9:32 PM – Drunk in Public Arrest – Deputies responded to the intersection of Town Center Way and Hahn Road in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 40-year-old male from Indio. The male was highly intoxicated and was unable to care for himself. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 12:04 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111inn Palm Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 38-year-old-male from Riverside. Upon deputies’ arrival the male was seen throwing an unknown object into a nearby shrubbery that was later determined to be illegal narcotic paraphernalia. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:20 PM – Trespassing Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 73000 block of Fred Waring Drive regarding a subject trespassing at the location. Deputies contacted a 49-year-old- female from Palm Desert. It was determined the female had previously been admonished by staff at the location to not return to the location. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:55 PM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to the intersection of Parkview and Highway 111 regarding an intoxicated driver. Deputies contacted a 34-year-old- male from Palm Desert who displayed obvious signs of intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Wednesday, May 07, 2025 10:32 AM – Indecent Exposure Arrest – Deputies responded to the 39000 block of Liberty Drive in Palm Desert regarding a subject exposing himself at the location. Deputies contacted a 55- year-old-male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the male had indecently exposed himself at the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:21 PM – Shoplifting Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a shoplifter in custody. Deputies contacted a 41-year-old female from Indio. Deputies determined the female had attempted to leave the store with numerous items of merchandise from the location. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 7:17 PM - Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to a traffic collision near the intersection of Highway 111 and San Marcos Avenue in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted one of the drivers a 64-year-old-male from Rancho Mirage who displayed obvious signs of intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
