Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Thursday, June 05, 2025 12:23 AM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to the 72000 block of Fred Waring Drive, in Palm Desert, regarding a domestic dispute. Deputies contacted a 32-year-old male from Thousand Palms. Deputies determined the male had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:18 AM – Criminal Threats Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 44000 block of Fred Waring Drive in Palm Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 36-year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined that male had made multiple threats to employees while at the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 11:25 AM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of Monterey Avenue and the I-10 freeway in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 30- year-old female from Cathedral City. An inquiry of the female’s information showed she had an active warrant for her arrest. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 7:25 PM – Grand Theft – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a theft. Deputies contacted a 31-year-old male from La Quinta who was in possession of multiple items of stolen merchandise from the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 8:30 PM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to the 72000 block of Bursera Way in Palm Desert regarding a domestic dispute. Deputies contacted a 32-year-old female from Palm Desert and determined she had instigated a physical altercation with her spouse. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 11:05 PM – Robbery Arrest – Deputies responded to the 74000 block of Hovley Lane East in Palm Desert, regarding a robbery. Deputies determined the victim was assaulted and his cell phone forcefully taken from him. The suspect a 25-year-old male from Indio fled the scene after the incident in a vehicle. Deputies searched the area and located the vehicle at a nearby residence. Deputies contacted the male at the residence and took him into custody. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies conducted a stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver a 64-year-old male from Cathedral City. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 8:01 PM – Theft/Warrant Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a shoplifter at the location. Deputies arrived and contacted a 36-year-old male from Indio. Deputies determined the male had attempted to steal multiple items at the location. An inquiry of the male’s information also showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Saturday, June 07, 2025 2:39 AM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle check at the intersection of Gerald Ford Drive and Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 32-year-old male from Mecca who showed obvious signs of intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 6:29 PM – Robbery/Weapons Arrest – Deputies responded to the 73000 block of Santa Rosa Way in Palm Desert regarding a Robbery. Deputies arrived and determined two males had forcefully stolen the victim’s phone and headphones at the location. The victim was able to track their cell phones to a residence in the city of Coachella. Deputies contacted a 28- year-old male from Coachella and 26-year-old-male from Indio and determined they were the suspects in the incident. The males were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies arrived and contacted the driver a 29-year-old male from Palm Desert who showed obvious signs of intoxication. Deputies arrived and contacted a 55- year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the male had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 4:35 PM – Stolen Vehicle Arrest – Deputies were conducting a follow up investigation regarding a vehicle stolen in Palm Desert. Deputies located the vehicle near the intersection of Frank Sinatra and Highway 111. Deputies contacted the driver a 28-year-old male from Palm Springs. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:34 AM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to the intersection of San Pablo Avenue and Fred Waring Drive in Palm Desert regarding a disabled vehicle. Deputies contact contacted the driver a 44-year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies observed illegal narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia in plain view inside of the vehicle. Deputies contacted a 43-year-old female from Palm Desert. The female was found to be in possession of numerous illegal narcotics. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 12:43 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of Country Club Drive and Washington Street in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 45-year-old male from Palm Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:05 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of Portola Avenue and Alessandro Drive in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 30-year-old male from Palm Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Wednesday, June 11, 2025 2:46 AM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to dispatched to a traffic collision near the intersection of Highway 111 and Portola Avenue in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the drivers of both the vehicles, a 33-year-old male from Desert Hot Springs and a 27-year-old male from Indio. Both drivers displayed obvious signs of intoxication. Both males were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:59 AM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to a single vehicle traffic collision at the entrance near the intersection of Monterey Avenue and Fred Warring Drive in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 24-year-old female from Palm Desert who showed obvious signs of intoxication. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:12 AM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to the 73000 block of Dinah Shore Drive in Palm Desert regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 30-year-old male from La Quinta. The male was found to be in possession of numerous illegal narcotics on his person. Deputies responded to the 3200 block of East Tahquitz Canyon Way in Palm Springs. Deputies contacted a 31-year-old male from Cathedral City. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:00 PM – Vehicle Registration Fraud – Deputies conducted a vehicle check near the area of Desert Crossing and Highway 111 in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 26-year-old male from Georgia. Deputies determined the male had fraudulent plates displayed on his vehicle. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 4:18 PM – Theft/Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 74000 block of Country Club Drive, in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 32-year-old female from Indio outside of the store. The female was found to be in possession of multiple items of merchandise from the location. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 7:35 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of Washington Street and Avenue 42 in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 26-year-old male from Indio. An inquiry of the male’s information showed the male had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio., 10:28 PM – Trespassing Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 73000 block of Highway 111, in Palm Desert, regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 37-year-old male from Huntington Beach. Deputies determined the male had been admonished from the location and told not to return on multiple occasions. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:33 PM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to the 73000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a single vehicle traffic collision. The occupants of the vehicle fled the location prior to deputies’ arrival. Deputies located the driver and passenger near the area and contacted a 45-year-old male from Corona and a 37-year-old female from Corona. The male admitted to driving the vehicle and displayed obvious signs of intoxication. The female was found to have multiple active warrants for her arrest. Both the male and female were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
