Deputies contacted a 23 -year-old male from Palm Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had multiple active warrants for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Friday, June 27, 2025 5:05 PM – Theft Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a shoplifter. Deputies contacted a 25-year-old female from Coachella. Deputies determined the female had attempted to steal multiple items from the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:00 PM – Vandalism Arrest –Deputies conducted a follow up investigation regarding a pass vandalism that occurred at a business in the 77000 block of Country Club Dr in Palm Desert. Deputies identified the vehicle the suspect fled in and conducted a stop at the intersection of Two Bunch Palms Trail and West Drive in Desert Hot Springs. Deputies contacted the driver a 38-year-old male from Desert Hot Springs who admitted to the vandalism. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:30 PM – Robbery Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert, regarding a theft. Deputies contacted a 34 -year-old female from Coachella. Deputies determined the female had instigated a physical altercation with employees while attempting to take items from the store. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Saturday, June 28, 2025 2:23 AM – Weapon Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of Fred Waring Drive and Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 70-year-old female from Palm Desert. A search of the female showed she had two illegal weapons in her possession. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies contacted a 56-year-old male from Palm Springs. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 8:40 PM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Athena Point and Dinah Shore Drive regarding a single vehicle traffic collision. Deputies arrived and contacted a 40-year-old female from La Quinta who displayed obvious signs of intoxication. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Tuesday, July 01, 2025 2:18 PM – Trespassing Arrest -Deputies were dispatched to the 43000 block of Portola Avenue in Palm Desert reference a subject trespassing at the location. Deputies contacted a 32-year-old male from Palm Desert who refused to leave the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:00 PM –Restraining Order Violation Arrest – Deputies responded to the 200 block of La Lomas regarding a restraining order violation. Deputies arrived and contacted a 57-year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the male had an active restraining order prohibiting him from being present at the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Wednesday, July 02, 2025 8:04 AM – Domestic Battery Arrest- Deputies responded to the 38000 block of Crocus Lane regarding a domestic battery. Deputies contacted a 33-year-old male from Frazier Park. Deputies determined the male had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:23 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Monterey Avenue and the I-10 Freeway. Deputies contacted the driver a 46-year-old female from Palm Desert. Deputies conducted an inquiry of the female’s information and determined she had an active warrant for her arrest. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:09 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Freedom Court and Dempsey Drive in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a 58 -year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the male did not have a valid driver’s license and towed his vehicle. Upon inventorying the vehicle, deputies located illegal narcotics in the males’ belongings. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:22 hours – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to the 43000 block of Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 45 -year-old female from Indio. The female was found to be in possession of illegal narcotic paraphernalia. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
