2:41 AM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
Washington Street and Harris Lane in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 53-year-old male from
Indio. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. The
male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
12:56 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputy conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of
Washington Street and Avenue of The States in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver a
25-year-old male from Indio. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active
warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
2:55 hours – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
Country Club Drive and Washington Street in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 28 -year-old
male from Indio. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his
arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.

12:00 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near a business in the
72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 43 -year-old male from Palm
Springs. A search of the male was conducted, and the male was found to be in possession of
illegal narcotics and illegal narcotic paraphernalia. The male was arrested and booked at the
county jail in Indio.
1:56 PM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies conducted a follow-up investigation regarding a
domestic battery incident that occurred on 07/02/2025 near the 74000 block of Deep Canyon
Road in Palm Desert. Deputies determined a 37-year-old male from Palm Desert and
determined he had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. Deputies returned to the
location and located the male at the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county
jail in Indio.
5:31 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies responded to the 73000 block of Guadalupe Ave in Palm
Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 44-year-old male from Palm Springs. Ann
inquiry of the male’s information show he had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was
arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
9:06 PM – Driving Under the Influence/Stolen Vehicle Arrest – Deputies responded to a single
vehicle traffic collision near the 9000 block of Shadow Ridge Road, in Palm Desert. Deputies
arrived and contacted the driver a 23-year-old male from Banning who displayed obvious signs
of intoxication. It was also determined the vehicle the male was driving was stolen. The male
was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
11:44 PM - Vandalism Arrest – Deputies responded to the 74000 block of Highway 111, in Palm
Desert regarding a vandalism. Deputies contacted a 49-year-old male from Santa Ana. Deputies
determined the male had entered the property and damaged multiple items at the location.
The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Saturday, July 05, 2025
8:02 PM – Assault Arrest – Deputies responded to the 43000 block of Cook Street regarding a
follow up investigation to an Assault with a Deadly Weapon that had occurred at the location
on 07/04/25. Deputies determined a 24-year-old male from Palm Desert was the suspect in the
incident and had returned to the location. When Deputies arrived at the location, they
observed the male outside the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in
Indio.
9:58 PM – Reckless Driving Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle stop of a vehicle that was
speeding and driving through multiple intersection on red traffic signals. The vehicle eventually
yielded near the intersection of Monterey Avenue and Fred Waring Drive, in Palm Desert.
Deputies contacted the driver a 35-year-old male from Moreno Valley. The male was arrested
and booked at the county jail in Indio.

10:07 AM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
Desert Crossing and Highway 111, in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 33-year-old male from
Palm Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed the male had an active warrant for
his arrest. The male was also found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. The male was
arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
1:16 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
George Montgomery and Dinah Shore, in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 31 -year-old female
from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the female was on probation and conducted a search
of her person. Deputies located illegal narcotics in the female’s possession. The female was
arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
9:53 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies responded to the 75000 block of Gerald Ford Drive
regarding a suspicious person. Deputies arrived and contacted a 29 -year-old male from Palm
Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest.

Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Monday, July 07, 2025
9:15 AM – Theft Arrest - Deputies conducted a follow up investigation regarding a theft that
had previously occurred at a business in the 34000 block of Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert.
Deputies identified the suspects in the incident as a 24-year-old female and 38-year-old female
from Desert Hot Springs. Deputies determined the vehicle the suspects had left in and located it
near the intersection of Deep Canyon Drive and Highway 111. Deputies contacted both females
in the vehicle. Both females were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
8:53 PM - Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to the intersection of
Shadow Mountain Drive and Ocotillo Drive, in Palm Desert regarding an intoxicated driver.
Deputies located the vehicle and contacted the driver, a 56-year-old male from Palm Desert
who displayed obvious signs of intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county
jail in Indio.

12:40 AM - Elder Abuse Arrest – Deputies responded to the 74000 block of West College View
Circle, in Palm Desert, regarding a battery. Deputies contacted a 27 -year-old male from Palm
Desert and determined he had instigated a physical altercation with an elderly subject at the
location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
8:03 AM – Vandalism Arrest – Deputies responded to an alarm responded to an alarm in the
37000 block of Cook Street, in Palm Desert. Deputies arrived and located the front door to the
business had been shattered. Deputies contacted a 29 -year-old male from Banning, nearby who
admitted to breaking the door. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
9:30 Hours – Assault Arrest – Deputies conducted a follow up investigation regarding an assault
that had occurred in the 73000 Guadalupe Avenue. Deputies identified the suspect as a 58 -
year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies located the male driving near the intersection of
Highway 111 and Deep Canyon Road in Palm Desert. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the
vehicle and detained the male. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
1:37 PM – Warrant/Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check on Harris Lane
and Washington Street, in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 33-year-old male from Palm
Springs. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest.
The male was also found to have illegal narcotics in his possession. The male was arrested and
booked in the county jail in Indio.

Palm Springs. It was discovered that the male had several outstanding warrants for his arrest.

Rancho Mirage. It was discovered that the female had several outstanding warrants for her

5:00 PM – Trespassing Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
Town Center Way and Hahn Road in Palm Desert. They contacted a 30 -year-old male from
Indio, who was recognized as having been trespassed from the location. The male was arrested
and booked at the county jail in Indio.
5:15 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
Town Center Way and Hahn Road in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 25-year-old male from
Indio. It was discovered that the male had several warrants for his arrest. The male was
arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
5:50 PM – Burglary Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the intersection of
Hovley Lane and Washington Street in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 37 -year-old male
from Palm Desert and a 30-year-old female from Palm Springs. It was discovered that the male
was the suspect of a burglary in Palm Desert, and the female was the suspect of a theft in Palm
Desert. Both the male and female were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
9:18 PM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to the 45000 block of
Larkspur Drive in Palm Desert regarding a report of an intoxicated driver. Deputies located the
vehicle and contacted the driver, a 68-year-old male from Indio. The male displayed obvious
signs of alcohol intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
10:27 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded near the area of Fairhaven Drive and San
Juan Drive in Palm Desert regarding a report of a suspicious vehicle. Deputies contacted a 48 -
year-old male from Palm Desert and a 45-year-old female from Indio. Narcotics and narcotics
paraphernalia were discovered on both their persons. The male and female were both arrested
and booked at the county jail in Indio.

9:24 AM – Warrant/Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check on Harris Lane
and Washington Street, in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 52-year-old male from Palm
Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest.
The male was also found to have illegal narcotics in his possession. The male was arrested and
booked in the county jail in Indio.
3:21 PM – Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a vehicle check near the 72000 block of
Highway 111, in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted 39-year-old female from Desert Hot Springs.
An injury of the female’s information showed she was on county probation. Deputies
conducted a probation search of the female and located illegal narcotics in her possession. The
female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
