Deputies contacted a 22-year-old male from Rancho Mirage. The investigation determined the male assaulted his significant other. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 12:44 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check near the 34000 block of Monterey Avenue in the city of Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 46-year-old male from Coachella. A records inquiry revealed the male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:05 PM – Theft Arrest – Deputies responded near the 35000 block of Sereno Lane in the city of Palm Desert regarding a theft.
