City Net Street Outreach Services
City Net, a city contractor, provides two street
outreach staff in the City of Palm Desert Monday
through Friday during business hours.
They engage people experiencing homelessness
across the city, by referral from others or through
outreach at community locations.
To contact the City for someone experiencing
homelessness or for yourself, please try one of
the following:
For requests submitted after hours or on
weekends, City Net will respond on the next
business day or call the Sheriff Non-Emergency
Line at (760) 836-3215
For emergencies involving public safety, please
call the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department at
911 or (760) 836-3215.
