INVEST CLEAN aims to modernize the Southern California goods movement and logistics corridor by
transitioning to zero-emission technologies. Funding is available to projects located in the Los Angeles,
Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. INVEST CLEAN includes four incentive programs.

Rebate to offset the cost of DC fast chargers for
Class 4-8 vehicles only.
Each charging location can receive up to $700
per kilowatt (kW) installed charging capacity.
