Deputies contacted a 55-year-old male from Cathedral City. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had a warra nt for his arrest. Deputies contacted a 19 -year-old male from Indio who was found in possession of the stolen items. Deputies contacted a 43-year-old female from Cathedral City. Deputies found a large sum of illegal narcotics in the female’s possession, including sales indicia. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 12:45 AM – Trespassing Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 74000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 44-year-old male from Palm Desert who was previously informed to leave the location. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 7:00 AM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to a residence in the 74000 block of Sheryl Avenue in Palm Desert regarding a domestic disturbance. Deputies contacted a 39 -year- old male from Desert Hot Springs and determined that he had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. Deputies contacted a 37-year-old female from Indio and found her in possession of the stolen items. Deputies also found illegal narcotics in the female’s possession. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:49 PM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to a residence in the 77000 block of California Drive in Palm Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 34-year-old male from La Quinta and determined that he had instigated a physical alte rcation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Sunday, October 12, 2025 11:11 AM – Stolen Vehicle and Warrant Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 34000 block of Monterey Avenue in Palm Desert and located a stolen vehicle. Deputies contacted the driver, a 33-year-old male from Desert Hot Springs, and the passengers, a 43 -year-old female from Palm Springs and a 27-year-old male from Palm Springs. An inquiry into both passengers’ information showed they had a warrant for their arrest. The driver and passengers were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 2:36 PM – Theft and Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a theft. Deputies contacted a 60-year-old female from Palm Springs and determined she walked out of the store with merchandis e without paying. Deputies found illegal narcotics in the female’s possession. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:00 PM – Trespassing Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 44 -year-old male from Palm Springs who was previously informed not to return. The male was arrest ed and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies identified the male as the suspect in a previous theft in Palm Desert.
