Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Thursday, October 23, 2025 8:30 AM – Violation of Probation and Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check at the intersection of Town Center Way and Hahn Road in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 29-year-old male from Palm Springs and located narcotics on him. An inqu iry of the male’s information showed he was on probation. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 1:30 PM – Public Intoxication Arrest – Deputies responded to the intersection of Monterey Avenue and Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 19-year-old male from Los Angeles who had a heightened level of intoxication and was unable to care for himself. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 6:56 PM – Theft and Narcotics Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a theft. Deputies contacted a 47-year-old female from Indio and located multiple stolen merchandise on her and narcotics on her. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 7:38 PM – Hit and Run and Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies responded to the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Clifton Drive in Palm Desert regarding a hit and run traffic collision. Deputies located and identified the suspect as a 78-year-old female from Palm Desert who displayed a heightened level of intoxication. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 9:44 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check at the intersection of Town Century Way and Hahn Road in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 29-year-old male from Palm Desert. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:48 PM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to a residence in the 40000 block of Sagewood Drive in Palm Desert regarding a domestic disturbance. Deputies contacted a 37 - year-old male from Palm Desert and determined that he had instigated a physical altercation with his spouse. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 10:50 PM – Theft and Warrant Arrest – Deputies conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle at the intersection of Ortega Road and Navajo Trail in Cathedral City that was identified as the vehicle involved in a theft that occurred in the 40000 block of Glenwood Lane in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 40-year-old male from Desert Hot Springs. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Friday, October 24, 2025 2:43 AM – Driving Under the Influence Arrest – Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 111 and Hospitality Lane in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted the driver, a 57-year-old male from Norco who displayed a heightened level of intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 4:56 PM – Warrant and Narcotics Arrest – Deputies conducted a pedestrian check at the intersection of Highway 111 and San Luis Rey Avenue in Palm Desert. Deputies contacted a 52 - year-old male from Palm Desert and a 65-year-old male from La Quinta. Deputies located narcotics in the 52-year-old male’s person. An inquiry of the 65-year-old male showed he had a warrant for his arrest. Both were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies contacted the driver, a 22-year-old male from Coachella, who displayed a heightened level of intoxication. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 11:55 AM – Narcotics and Trespassing Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 42000 block of Cook Street in Palm Desert regarding a suspicious person. Deputies contacted a 35 - year-old male from Palm Desert who was previously told to leave but refused. Deputies located narcotics on him. Deputies contacted a 29 -year-old female from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the female had instigated a physical altercation with another individual at the residence. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Deputies contacted the driver contacted a 30- year-old male and a 26-year-old male from the United Kingdom. Both males were found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. Deputies contacted a 30-year-old male from Thermal and determined he had forcibly prevented his roommate from leaving their residence. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. Palm Desert Station Significant Incident Report for Tuesday, October 28, 2025 9:06 AM – Narcotics and Theft Arrest – Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111 in Palm Desert regarding a theft. Deputies contacted a 40-year-old male from Indio and determined he had stolen numerous items of merchandise from the business. The male was also found to be in possession of illegal narcotic. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 9:18 PM – Domestic Battery Arrest – Deputies responded to the 50000 block of Canyon View Drive in Palm Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 54-year-old female from Palm Desert and determined she had instigated a physical altercation with her spouse. The female was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 3:31 PM – Warrant Arrest – Deputies responded to the 74000 block of Gerald Ford Drive, in Palm Desert regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 40-year-old male from San Francisco. An inquiry of the male’s information showed he had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 3:15 PM - Theft Arrest - Deputies responded to a business in the 72000 block of Highway 111, in Palm Desert regarding a theft. Deputies contacted a 51 -year-old female and a 28-year-old female both from Indio. Deputies determined the females had stolen multiple items of merchandise from the business. Both females were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio. 5:07 PM – Domestic Battery Arrest and Restraining Order Violation – Deputies responded to 35000 block of Gateway Drive regarding a disturbance. Deputies contacted a 76 -year-old male from Palm Desert. Deputies determined the male had instigated a physical a ltercation with his spouse a 65-year-old female from Palm Desert. Deputies also determined the female had an active criminal protective order restraining her from contacting the male. Both the male and female were arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
