ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION This commission reviews the building architecture and landscape design of all commercial and residential development and modifications to assure compatibility with the City's objectives and policies. The Subcommittee makes recommendations to the Coachella Valley Conservation Commission (CVCC), the agency responsible for implementing the CVMSHCP.
