SECTION 9.50.070(X) OF THE MOBILHOME PARK RENT REVIEW ORDINANCE STATES: “X. The rent review board may in its final decision direct that the prevailing parties’ cost in these
proceedings, including any funds paid to the city pursuant to the provisions of this section, shall be reimbursed by the losing party. Such an order for costs may be enforced by a court
of law of appropriate jurisdiction. In the event that the rent review board determines that any petition or opposition is frivolous, it may award reasonable attorney’s fees to the other
party or parties.”
