It is the responsibility of the permit holder to make sure the flow of water into the streets does not create a traffic safet y
hazard, interference with construction work, or a nuisance to others, and to discontinue draining if it does. The permit holder
must allow the chemicals in the pool water to dissipate before draining the pool.
Any representative of the City or its agencies has the authority to order the draining of the water onto the street discontin ued
and, if necessary, to enter the premises to disconnect the drain pump.

OR OTHER ENTRANCE TO THE SWIMMING POOL AREA
