Digital submission can be completed at: The Permit Center For permit fees, questions, or estimates please email: permitcenter@palmdesert.org MINIMUM SUBMITTAL AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS: The project plans shall include the following, when applicable, or required by the plan review team. Missing any items below may result in the submittal being rejected: • Completed Building Application • COVER SHEET / SITE PLAN - Property owner’s name - Property Address - Show all existing and proposed structures - Show property lines or boundary lines and distances from other structures - Show adjacent streets - Show all new and existing walls - Show wall heights and wall types (garden wall, retaining wall, etc.) - Identify finish material such as block type and color - Must be drawn in black and white only - North Arrow - Plan must be oriented so that the north arrow points to the top or right or right of the page - Scale or dimensions (or both) • A LANDSCAPE PLAN – For walls adjacent to frontage of a public street (REQUIRED) • NEW TRACT AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS Submit an approved precise grading plan (REQUIRED IF NEW TRACT/COMMERCIAL) • CITY STANDARD CMU WALL ENGINEERING PLANS (REQUIRED) The City Standard CMU WALL Engineering Plans are available at the STANDARD CITY SPECIFICATIONS page of the City’s website.
