Reimbursements are available for up to four animals per household per year at a rate of $25 for routine vaccinations and $50 per spay, neuter, and adoption on a first come first served basis based on available funds. Upon request for reimbursement, residents must provide proof of residency by presenting a utility bill with their City of Palm Desert address, a property tax bill with their City of Palm Desert address, or your rental or lease agreement with a utility bill showing the City of Palm Desert address. Reimbursements are processed at the City of Palm Desert Code Compliance counter at 73510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert. For more information call 760-346-0611.
