Such posting shall be in a central location, visible to the patrons, at the operating site, and in all vehicles that deliver or transport Adult -Use Cannabis. On-site smoking, ingestion, or consumption of Cannabis or alcohol shall be prohibited on the premises of all Adult-Use Cannabis manufacturing facilities. The term “premises,” as used in this Subsection, includes the actual Adult-Use cannabis manufacturing building and any accessory structures and parking areas. The building in which any Adult-Use Cannabis Business facility is located, as well as the operations as conducted therein, shall fully comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws, including, but not limited to, zoning and building codes, The City’s business license ordinances, the Revenue and Taxation Code, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and MAUCRSA. Cameras 5 Maintain at least 120 concurrent hours of digitally recorded documentation. 6 Security cameras are operational twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. 7 Security cameras that cover, but are not limited to areas of sales, cultivation, manufacturing, processing, transportation, distribution areas, all doors and windows, and areas determined by the planning commission. Entrances and exits are clear and allow for facial recognition. Distribution 8 Are all cannabis goods inspected accurately recorded in the inventory management system? 9 Does the business have a transportation vehicle? Odor Plan 12 All cannabis odors are fully contained within the premises, with no detectable odor at the property line. 13 An air filtration system with odor control is operational to prevent internal odors from being emitted. 14 The air system creates negative air pressure between the cannabis businesses and the exterior. Security Plan 15 An independent third-party security company installs, monitors, and operates an alarm system—name of Security Provider. 16 Employees wearing name badges with photograph. 17 Locks on all Entries and Exits. 18 Panic buttons installed. 19 Security arrangements to deter and prevent unauthorized entrance into limited access areas and theft of cannabis in accordance with minimum security measures required by state law. Specific to Dispensaries 20 Are all cannabis goods tracked and inventoried? 21 Are all cannabis goods packed in child-resistant packaging? 22 Are all cannabis goods purchased by a customer placed in an opaque exit package? 23 All cannabis and cannabis products are stored in a secure and locked safe room, safe, or vault. The only access is to the permittee and staff. No access to the public. 24 Are all cannabis or cannabis products stored for testing stored separately and distinctly from other batches of Cannabis or Cannabis Products within the premises ? 25 Are all packages of bulk cannabis labeled with the UID assigned to the cannabis? 26 Are all packages of bulk cannabis labeled with the net weight or count of the cannabis products? 27 Are all sales completed with an appropriate point-of-sale system that records the following: employee name and ID; list of cannabis goods and quantity; and total amount paid? 28 The square footage complies with the Conditional Use Permit. 29 Verification processes are in place to access premises to ensure no persons under 21 years old enter (18 years old with a medical card). Compliance and enforcement may identify additional violations duri ng this audit and will notify you of such after their review. Additional records may be requested for further examination. To avoid the possible assessment of penalties and/or license suspension, you must remedy the violations identified on this form by the assigned date(s).
