A RESOLUTION OF THE PALM DESERT
FINANCING AUTHORITY APPROVING AND
ADOPTING A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PALM DESERT FINANCING AUTHORITY
HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. The Conflict of Interest Code of the
City of Palm Desert, now on file in the office of the City Clerk
and as the same may be amended from time to time by the City
Council, is hereby approved and adopted as the Conflict of
Interest Code of the Palm Desert Financing Authority. The
designated officers and employees of the Authority for the
purposes of such Conflict of Interest Code shall be those
officers and employees of the Authority described in the Bylaws
of the Authority.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April,
1989.
